Clothbound crumbly truckle made with a natural vegetable colouring called annatto, which has a rich slightly acid taste with a fresh zesty scent. Stinking Bishop
Full-fat pasteurised cows' milk soft cheese made with vegetarian rennet. The rind is washed in perry which gives it its characteristic flavour,brown/pink rind and pungent smell. Bosvean

St.Allen

Little Wheal
This creamy, round, rustic and soft cheese packs quite a punch! Little Wheal has a natural mould rind, and a moist youthful interior, wonderful creaminess and quite a kick, good length but with an attractive clean finish. Pasteurised cows' milk, vegetarian rennet.
Tintagel

Cornish Gouda - Mild
Mild Gouda is ready to eat as early as 6 weeks from production but is best served between 2-3 months. The cheese is great in sandwiches and is particularly popular among children due to its mild flavour. 1.5kg.
Cornish Gouda - Medium
Medium Gouda is aged between 3-4 months, and is slightly creamier and slightly stronger tasting than the mild Gouda. 1.5kg.
Cornish Gouda - Semi Mature
Semi-Mature Gouda is aged at 6 months, and is perfect for those who like a cheese with a bit of a kick to it but still very creamy. 1.5kg.
Cornish Gouda with herbs
including ‘Fenugreek’, ‘Honey & Clover’ and ‘Italian herbs’. This is best served between 3-5 months maturity. Just like the mild Gouda, this cheese is very versatile; it is great on sandwiches and fantastic on a cheeseboard. Sharpham Briehandmade cheese
An unpasteurised Coulommiers type cheese, Sharpham has been handmade to a unique recipe since 1981. Salt, starter cultures and vegetarian rennet are the only additions to fresh Jersey cow milk. The result is a delicious buttery flavour and creamy texture. Available in 1kg rounds and 300g squares
Devon Blue
Devon Blue, Handmade Rich and creamy blue cheese made with cows’ milk from farms in the South Hams, having a beautifully smooth creamy texture coupled with a round buttery flavour. it is matured for a minimum of 4 months. Suitable for vegetarians. 1.5kg
Harbourne Blue
A white and crumbly textured cheese made from goats’ milk. It is pasteurised and suitable for vegetarians. A moist, crumbly, cheese with blue appearing as bold blue-green streaks through the white interior. 1.5kg.
Beenleigh Blue
Beenleigh Blue, A mature, semi-hard cheese, handmade creamy and crumbly made from ewes’ milk with blue veining. giveing a beautiful depth of flavour over the seasons 1.5kg.
Sharpham Elmhirst
Unpasteurised triple cream, mould ripened cheese, Elmhirst is similar to a Vignotte. It has a surprisingly light and silky texture with a white and bloomy rind. When eaten young (2-3 weeks) it has a delicate flavour, developing a luxuriously rich, creamy and full bodied flavour when mature (4-6 weeks). Available in 800g rounds or 300g squares* *the cheese are handmade so weights are approximate
Vulscombe
Hand-made by Graham Townsend at Higher Vulscombe Farm, Tiverton. Rich, smooth, creamy acid curd cheese which is robust as it is pressed for 24 hours, resulting in a texture like white stilton. Plain, Fresh Herb and Garlic (grown on their own farm) and Pepper. The latest Vulscombe to join the range is the herbs and sun dried tomatoes. 180gm. The Vulscombe Plain is also available in 250gm logs. This is a very versatile cheese, ideal for catering as it is easier to slice.
Black Waxed Curworthy
Full-fat, semi-hard cheese made with cows’ milk matured for three months. Light and buttery when young, it is full-flavoured and mellow when aged. Black Waxed. Made by Curworthy Cheese Company, Near Okehampton, Devon. Available in 2.5kg, 1.2kg or 454gm.
Belstone
A full-fat hard cheese made from pasteurised cows’ milk using vegetarian rennet. Belstone is the same cheese as Curworthy but made from vegetarian rennet. 2.5kg or 1.2kg.
Devon Oke
A traditional Curworthy matured for 5-6 months to concentrate its flavour, becoming tangy, more rounded and creamier. Made by Curworthy. This cheese is not suitable for vegetarians. 5kg or 2.5kg halves.
Meldon
Traditional Curworthy flavoured with chiltern ale and whole grain English mustard seeds. Cows’ milk. Suitable for vegetarians. @.5kg, 1.2kg or 454gm.
Norsworthy
A semi-hard, vegetarian unpasteurised goats’ cheese. This white cheese has a light crust and a long deep flavour. 2.2kg.
Gunstone
Gunstone is a washed curd, semi-hard cheese which is ready 6-8 weeks, it has a light buttery texture and delicate goat flavours increasing with maturity which can be 12 months or more. Vegetarian and unpasteurised. 2kg.

This is a Norsworthy cheese with an added mix of garlic, onion, horseradish, ginger and paprika. Vegetarian and unpasteurised. 2.5kg

Soft fresh cheese made with unpastuerised milk from “happy free range goats”. The cheese is presented in a wooden drum and is suitable for vegetarians. 175gm.

Haytor
Named after the most popular Tor on Dartmoor, this is a natural rinded cheese matured for 5 months. It is made at Stockbeare Farm north of Dartmoor using pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. Using special cultures and a high scalding temperature the inside reveals a buttery coloured interior with small holes evident throughout the cheese. It has a sweet nutty flavour which is intensified further if the cheese is aged. The curd shows stretching string like tendencies when packed into the moulds. 3kg or 1.5kg. It can be used for cooking or simply on the cheeseboard at the end of a meal. \\
Sharpham Rustic
Rustic is a semi-hard cheese which is matured for approximately 6-8 weeks, giving a youthful cheese with a moist, creamy texture. A thin natural rind forms during the maturation process. Available in plain or chive and garlic. Approx 1.7kg cheeses
Ticklemore Goats'
The Sharpham Ticklemore Goat is a pasteurised, semi-hard goat milk cheese made with vegetable rennet. It has a moist and crumbly texture with a zesty, floral flavour and can sometimes be soft just under the rind. It has a white, bloomy rind and a delicious subtle lemony flavour. Approx 1.5kg cheeses

Somerset Brie
Modern, creamy, soft white cheese made with cows’ milk. The best selling British soft cheese with a velvety smooth white rind. Brie matures in six weeks with a fat content of 50%. Made with vegetarian rennet. 2.4kg or 1kg.
Channel Island Brie
Produced using only milk from Jersey/Guernsey cows. This gives a much creamier texture and a slightly more yellow appearance. Lubborn Cheese, Somerset. Vegetarian and pasteurised. 1kg.
Somerset Camembert
Rich and creamy with a soft edible white rind. As the cheese matures the curd softens, becoming a uniform butter or straw colour and developing a fuller flavour. It is made from whole milk and vegetarian rennet. 220gm.
Capricorn
Capricorn Goats’ cheese has a delicate, velvety soft white coat. When young it is mild and crumbly and has a slightly nutty flavour. As it ripens from the outside towards the centre, the white curd becomes softer and creamier, and develops a fuller flavour. Vegetarian and pasteurised. 1kg or 220gm.
Exmoor Jersey Blue
A full-fat, medium-soft, creamy blue cheese; it has a natural creamy yellow colouring from the rich Jersey milk and a natural rind, while the buttery flavour is overlaid by a tangy blue, a combination that lingers deliciously in the mouth. It is normally sold 4-6 weeks old. Made by Exmoor Blue Cheese Company at Lydeard St Lawrence, Somerset. Vegetarian and Unpasteurised. 1kg
Exmoor Somerset Blue
A full-fat, un-pressed, blue cheese, firm but smooth, rich texture, with a rind predominantly covered by white mould. The creamy yellow colouring and buttery flavour are derived from the butterfat of Jersey cows’ milk. Vegetarian rennet. Vegetarian and pasteurised. 2.5k
Partridge Blue
A full-fat, soft blue cheese, which is matured in 6-8 weeks and is more mellow than Exmoor Blue. Vegetarian and pasteurised. 1kg.
Quantock Blue
A full-fat, medium soft blue cheese. It is as clean, ivory white-bodied cheese with a natural rind, slightly aromatic flavour and underlying sweetness from the sheep’s milk. The light blueing becomes gradually stronger with age. Vegetarian. 1.3kg.
Ducketts Caerphilly
Hand-made with raw-milk using vegetarian rennet. A classic, moist, fresh, crumbly cheese. When young it has a fresh lemony taste with a background of crushed bracken; moist, friable yet supple texture, like a school eraser. With maturity the edges become wonderfully creamy and the flavour more round with a hint of stone walls and cool cellars. 4kg
Wedmore
A small Somerset Caerphilly with a layer of fresh chives in the middle. Lightly pressed with a natural rind, both the cheese and the chives strengthen in flavour as the cheese matures. Made at Westcombe Farm. 1.9kg.
Tornegus
Made in Somerset as unpasteurised Caerphilly, then transferred to Surrey, where it is washed with Kentish wine. The cheese has an orange rind with a springy texture, softer around the edges. Strong flavoured, fruity to begin with, becoming more pungent. 2.5kg.
Somerset Rambler
A full-fat hard cheese made from ewes’ milk. The cheese has a hard, dense, waxy texture with a delicate, mellow and slightly sweet finish. 1kg.
Five Counties
This is a cheese that is made by layering five different traditional English cheeses on top of another. (Derby, Leicester, Cheshire, Double Gloucester and Cheddar.) Vegetarian. 2kg

Farmhouse wash-rind cheese made from cows’ milk, supply undulating, brownish-pink rind has a dusting of white mould. The cheese is girdled with a band of spruce bark and sold in a pine box. When ripe Vacherin Mont D’or is so smooth and runny it can be eaten with a spoon. The aroma of resin from the bark girdle is absorbed by the cheese, and the taste is reminiscent of the flowers and herbs of mountain pastures.
